Fridge & Pantry Stocking

Basic Arrival Stock — essentials to get through the first 48 hours
Custom Family Stock — dietary preferences, kids' favorites, household specifics
Full Weekly Grocery Restocking — on a schedule, every week
Special dietary accommodations — vegan, allergen-free, kosher, and more

Stocking preferences are collected during our intake call so we get it right from day one.

Tier 03

Cleaning & Housekeeping

Weekly Professional Housekeeping — thorough clean, every week
Bi-Weekly Service — for shorter stays or lower-traffic households
Linen Refresh Service — fresh sheets and towels on schedule
Deep Clean on Demand — available for move-out or special occasions

All housekeeping staff are vetted, background-checked, and bonded.

Children & Family

Kids Welcome Package — age-appropriate toys, snacks, books, and comfort items
School Supply Kits — ready for the first day at a new school
Teen Comfort Package — curated for older kids' needs and routines
Baby & Toddler Setup — crib, gates, changing supplies, and more

Children's ages and needs are captured during intake so packages are always age-appropriate.

Pet Services

Pet Welcome Package — treats, a toy, a bed, and a personalized note
Pet Supply Restocking — food, litter, and essentials replenished regularly
Vetted Boarding Referrals — for times the property isn't an option
Dog Walking & Local Vet Referrals — trusted, local connections

We source pet-friendly housing whenever possible. Pets are family too.

Comfort & Wellness

Comfort Kit — bath products, aromatherapy, candles, and a cozy throw
Spa Package — premium self-care products and local spa referrals
Fitness Setup — equipment, local gym passes, and wellness app referrals
Mental Health Warm Referrals — vetted, local counselors and crisis resources

Displacement is stressful. We address wellness proactively — not after a breakdown.

We source, purchase, and prepare every tier selected before move-in. Nothing is left for the family to figure out on arrival day.

Ongoing Support Activates

Weekly check-ins, scheduled restocking, and housekeeping continue throughout the stay. We don't disappear after move-in.
